Boxer Client Questionnaire

Please read our Purchase Agreement and make sure you are willing to abide by the terms before filling out the questionnaire as you will be expected to sign the purchase agreement and send it to us via mail if you are chosen for one of our puppies.

This questionnaire is the Fifth Step of our Process. It not only quickens the process but it also allows us to learn more about you and what you are looking for.

We strive to place puppies in the best homes and environments for the puppy. Due to various reasons,

not all clients are the best fit for our puppies and therefore will not be selected.

Breeder ALWAYS reserves the right for FIRST PICK of any and every litter produced by von Ascalon and it is at the breeder's discrection when determining and selecting the best homes for puppies produced by von Ascalon.
