We are located in Calhoun, Georgia

Puppies from Pigeon Rock Cockers come with docked tails and dew claws removed.

Cocker Spaniels need regular grooming. Because of this, I begin their grooming routine at around 2 weeks old and it is done weekly. Deworming for internal parasites is done bi-weekly.

They will receive their 1st set of vaccines, a microchip, and have a thorough exam by a vet by 8 weeks of age before going to their new homes. 

Buyer will receive their puppy's individual AKC paper application, deworming record, and all other paperwork regarding their puppy.

Pricing

Limited AKC Registration is for non-breeding homes. It is for homes who will NEVER have a litter, regardless if intentional or accidental.

Limited Registration is $1,600.00

Full AKC Registration is for breeding homes regardless:

1) If breeding for purebreds or mixes

2) If intending to register the litter or not

3) If selling or giving away the puppies to family and friends.

Full Registration is $2,000.00

 

Deposit/Payment Info

1) You must fill out a Client Questionnaire to even be considered as a home for a puppy.

2) Upon approval, the deposit amount is $500.00 to reserve your puppy through Zelle (preferred) or Venmo and is due at time of approval. Please note, I rarely take deposits until 1 week after a litter is born. 

3) The remaining balance is due in cash at time of pick up. I keep puppies a minimum of 3 days after they turn 8 weeks old to finish up their last deworming, then I will meet with the families to pick up. 

I no longer allow in home visits before or at the time of pick up for many reasons with safety being the top one. With scams being so prevalant, please know that I understand the fear and anxiety associated with the possibility of being scammed and I will be more than happy to do a facetime call with you to show you puppies live and in real time as well as provide references upon request in an effort to alleviate any fears and give peace of mind.

*Notice* Breeder has the right to refuse sell under any circumstance at any time and has the right to choose the best home suitable for the puppy.

We do not hold puppies for anyone without the holding deposit having been placed on the puppy. We sell on a first come first serve basis as we have a ton of interest, messages, and questionnaires placed on multiple/same puppies on a daily. I will not turn 1 confident client away who has already preplanned and prediscussed with family for a puppy while another hesitates to place their deposit because they are unsure and has to discuss it more with their families. Please discuss your budget, your interest, and what you are wanting in both a puppy and your breeder with your families prior to reaching out in order to be prepared to buy a puppy as soon as one is available.
