Cocker Spaniel Client Questionnaire

We are located in Calhoun, Georgia. 

Please have a plan for puppy transportation arrangements home thought out prior to filling out the questionnarie. We are willing to work with a pet transport, but buyer will be responsible for setting up arrangements and paying all associated fees including any extra vetting for certificates that may be required for travel.

This questionnaire helps to quicken the process of being reviewed to see if you (and family) are a good fit for one of our puppies by allowing us to learn more about you and what you are looking for.

Please note: We strive to place puppies in the best homes and environments for the puppy. Due to various reasons, not all clients are the best fit for our puppies and therefore will not be selected. It is at the breeder's discrection when determining and selecting the best homes for puppies produced by Pigeon Rock Cockers.
